Terms & Conditions
Welcome to our Wraparound Childcare Service. These terms and conditions outline the expectations and responsibilities for both parents/carers and the service provider. By enrolling your child in our service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1. Service Hours
Morning Care: 07:30 AM to 08:45 AM
Afternoon Care: 15:15 PM to 18:15 PM
The service operates in coordination with the school’s schedule. We kindly request parents to adhere to the specified drop-off and pick-up times.
2. Booking and Payment
• Advance Booking Required: All sessions must be booked online at least 24 hours in advance using the Sporting4Schools app.
• Spontaneous Drop-Offs: Parents who drop off children without prior booking will be required to immediately sign into the app and secure a slot before leaving the premises.
• Cashless Service: All payments must be made online through the app. We do not accept cash payments.
3. Punctuality and Late Fees
Morning Care:
• Drop-off is permitted from 07:30 AM until 08:20 AM the latest, to allow children sufficient time to have breakfast before starting their day.
• No children will be admitted after 08:20 AM.
Afternoon Care:
• Pick-up is required between 15:15 PM and 18:15 PM.
• Late pick-ups will incur a charge of £5 for every 15-minute interval (or part thereof) beyond 18:15 PM. For example, collecting a child at 18:20 PM will result in a £5 charge.
4. Fees and Payments
• Hourly Fee: £5 per hour, calculated in 15-minute increments.
• Payment Schedule: All fees must be paid in advance, either daily or monthly.
• Late Payments: A £10 late payment fee will be charged if fees are not received by the due date. If payment is not made within 10 days, the child’s place may be suspended until full payment is received.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellation Notice: Parents must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or modifications to a session.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued only for cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice. No refunds will be given for last-minute cancellations, absences, or missed sessions.
6. School Collaboration and Additional Charges
• Late Collection Policy: If pupils are not picked up by 3:30 PM at the end of the school day, they will be transitioned to the Wraparound Care provision. Parents will incur a charge of £5 per hour for this additional care time.
• Wraparound Care Responsibility: Wraparound Care staff assume responsibility for children only after they are formally signed into the service. If children remain uncollected by 3:30 PM, staff will sign them into the Wraparound Care program to ensure their safety.
7. Behaviour Expectations
We expect all children to behave respectfully and follow the rules during care hours. Continuous disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or removal from the program at the discretion of the service provider, with no refund issued for missed sessions.
8. Health and Safety
• All children must be dropped off and picked up by an authorised adult.
• Parents must sign children in and out using the app for accurate attendance records.
• Any changes to medical conditions, allergies, or special needs must be communicated in writing to the service provider.
9. Emergency Contact Information
Parents must ensure emergency contact information is accurate and up to date. In case of an emergency, staff will make every effort to contact parents or the designated emergency contact.
10. Terms of Agreement and Amendments
• By enrolling your child, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined here.
• The service provider reserves the right to amend these terms with 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the service after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Additional Provisions
• Spontaneous Attendance: Parents arriving without a prior booking must sign into the app immediately and make the payment before leaving their child in care.
• No Cash Payments: This is a cashless service. All payments must be made online.
